At SHC, we focus on delivering tailored, discreet, and efficient services that meet the high standards of our luxury clientele. We also prioritize supporting local partners within the community.

As the founder and managing partner, Charlie brings 24 years of experience in the local market, driving SHC to be Truckee's premier second home property management company. Katie manages every operational detail behind the scenes, ensuring smooth and personalized service for each client.

When not running SHC, Charlie and Katie enjoy family life and the endless outdoor adventures the Tahoe region offers.
